At BENNI., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
